Do you know what’s happening? I certainly don’t.
Hello everyone and welcome to my blog. For those of you who don’t know, my name is Ada and my pronouns are they/them. At the time of writing the prospect of people who don’t know me reading this seems impossible, but you never know what’s going to happen. But given I plan to be Prime Minister by 2040, I have to start somewhere.
Since this is our first meeting, let’s do an icebreaker. I know it may seem overdone, but here are two truths and a lie:
- I have broken many bones, but none of them were mine. The closet I ever got was a painful elastic (that is, self-fixing) deformation of my right femur at the age of 11.
- When I had to leave school with no guarantee of enrollment in England it had little effect on my university prospect; I was able to secure multiple unconditional university offers due to my 5 band 1 A grade Higher results.
- While leaving Primary School is always sad, mine was particularly devastating as I lost my right trainer as well as the security of that precious initial scholastic institution.
Comment which you think is a lie (yes; I am blatantly driving engagement) down below and I’ll tell you guys in the next post after a week has passed.
But even if one of the above statement is a lie, they do start to show the range of what I’ll be doing here. They focus on the first of the three things I will be using this blog for, which are:
- Telling stories from my past
- Giving my thoughts on the present, especially on politics
- Casually building my platform for a potential future in politics
If you’re at all interested, I’d really appreciate a follow. If I end up bothering you by posting too often, just unsubscribe. I’ll try and manage how often I post and the notifications if that becomes a problem, but this is new to me so apologies in advance for the certain delays to come.
